How does it work with my existing phone number?
We set up call forwarding from your business number to RingBack. When you don't pick up after a few rings, we send the auto-text from a UK number. No porting required to get started.
What if my customer doesn't want a text?
Most customers prefer a quick text saying you're on a job over getting no answer at all. You write the text in your own words, and you can disable RingBack on calls from saved contacts.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. We'll do it with you on a quick phone or screen-share session. The £99 covers configuring your forwarding, building your text templates, and testing it works end-to-end.
What happens if I drop my phone in a sink?
RingBack runs in the cloud — it works regardless of your handset. Replies land in our app on any phone you log into.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your dashboard. Cancel before day 14 and you won't be charged the £49/mo at all. After that, we'll refund any unused part of your month.
What does this cost on top of the subscription?
